How does invoicing work?

For hourly work, time is tracked and invoiced on a schedule agreed at the start, usually weekly or biweekly. For the Web Design & Dev tiers, it's a fixed price, half upfront, half on delivery.

What time zones do you actually work with?

US (EST/PST), UK (GMT), and AU (AEST) all work. Availability is part-time, and hours are set clearly during the discovery call before anything starts.

How many revisions are included?

For the Web Design & Dev packages, it's listed per tier, one round for Starter, up to two for Growth. For ongoing hourly work, revisions are just part of the regular back and forth, not a separate line item.

What if the scope changes partway through?

It happens. If it's a small adjustment, it usually just gets absorbed. If it meaningfully changes the hours or timeline, that gets flagged and agreed on before continuing, not billed silently after the fact.

Do you sign NDAs or contracts?

Yes, happy to sign an NDA if your work requires it, and a simple written agreement on scope and rate is standard practice before starting any engagement.
